We are talking on and off about the second too. Somedays I feel like “bring it on” other days I want to wait until he is in kindergarten….That being said it seems like we should get them out quickly so they will be close like my bros and I (we are 19 mos apart). Language learning and novel writing (along with baby #2) sound like awesome goals!

I guess I should try to answer your question though..
I don’t usually think too far ahead anymore. Too many times I had plans for my future, and was totally disappointed. So…guess it is kinda like making New Years resolutions..loose weight..drink more water…let hate and anger go away quicker…

I wasn’t surprised by the desire to learn/speak languages, or the novel. Good thing I was sitting down for the baby news though! I didn’t think that would be on your mind already, but what the heck, get it all done ASAP isn’t such a bad thing

I don’t like failure, so I avoid making goals.

If I were to pick a language, it would be Portugese, it is spoken a lot around here and I think it is just beautiful.

Have more sex is definitely a less pressured way of looking at things. The first month we were trying for number two we both insisted we be at it every night. After about a week we were both like ‘do we have to tonight’. The next month we were a lot more relaxed about things and that’s when it happened.

I read this, and liked it, but all I can focus is on baby two. My brain is going, ‘Baby number two, baby number two, she’s gonna get pregnant, with baby…number…two!’
