Something very odd is going on in the situation. In this day and age all businesses know this type of discrimination isn't allowed. Did the women ask/demand things to change because of their pregnancies? Did they call out of work too often? There has to have been a company manual of some sort that spelled out the requirements for retaining ones position, and most large companies will definantly address the pregnancy issues.
Women cannot (I feel unfortunantly) ask for any special treatment, or risk setting back hard earned womens rights. The Good Ole Boy network is just itching for this to happen.
