Sweet potatoes are my new favorite veggie. My problem w/ the fries is I can’t get them crispy! I never put cinnamon on mine but will try. I use chili sauce and mayo for my dipping.

I have been really struggling with sweet potato fries. The ALWAYS come out soggy. I’ve done the parboiling, I’ve done the no touchy. I’ve turned the oven up higher for more crispy. It is so frustrating. I’ve got two sweet taties in the kitchen right now. Maybe I’ll give it another go tonight. Sour cream and lime juice? I would never have thought of that, but it sounds delicious!!

I love sweet potato fries, but had no clue how to make them. How do you have time to create this food, take pictures, and blog with a baby? Impressive.

I make these all the time, but I never thought to parboil. Great idea!
