1) Spike from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”. I waffled back and forth between him & Angel, but Spike’s sense of humour and the whole not being cursed thing let him win out in the end.

2) James Bond. Then again, who WOULDN’T do James Bond? Seriously. International Man of Mystery & Sex Appeal.

3) Matrim Cauthon from Robert Jordan’s “Wheel of Time” series. This character’s development from mischievous farmboy to reluctant hero has been really fun to read. As a secondary character, he has a relatively realistic view of what’s going on — it makes me laugh when he rolls his eyes at a damsel being in distress yet again, or when he thinks about how he’d love to help his friend win the battle that might end the world — but from a distance, to improve his chances of getting out alive. (PS: This image is from someone else’s list of actors they’d like to see portray the WoT characters, which I thought was awesome and mostly spot-on).

4) Aragorn from Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings” series. Totally do-able. I am all about the scruffy woodsman type (see also Richard from Terry Goodkind’s “Sword of Truth” series, until he becomes not-a-woodsman and also? the dude they chose to play him in Legends of the Seeker? Doesn’t look REMOTELY like how I picture him to be).

5) Captain Kirk. AS IF YOU WOULDN’T.
Honourable mentions: Han Solo, Leonidas from 300, Maximus from Gladiator, Tyler Durden from Fight Club, Mal Reynolds from Firefly, Enjolras from Les Miserables, Wolverine from X-Men, Sawyer from LOST, Sylar from Heroes, and Arthas from the Warcraft universe. So much for being unable to come up with enough dudes to fill this list!

I always loved Grantaire the most.
Kirk? I LOVE YOU.
Ohhhhh….Sawyer….can’t wait until January…too bad it’s the last season…*sniff*
In the movie FANBOYS, William Shatner helps some Star Wars fans get something of George Lucas’s, and they get a little confused (since he’s Trek, of course, not Wars) and they ask him “How did you score these keys?” and he responds…
“I’m William Shatner. I can score anything.”
I never liked Kirk in the TV show, but the New Movie Kirk (ie baby boy on left) is mighty nice.
Bond. James Bond. That’s awesome.
Drool. Aragorn. Drool.
I LOVE your list…who knew you liked KIRK??
not received in polite society LOL…”you should be kissed…and often..and by someone who knows how to kiss”
I wish I could post pic’s but too computer stupid, so picture them as best you can:
5. DEXTER from the Showtime drama. I mean he is a murderer, but I try not to think about that.
4. JEAN LUKE PICARD from Star Trek: the next Generation. I wouldn’t have thought of him if it weren’t for your Kirk, but just having him read to me would be a total turn on.
3. RHETT BUTLER from Gone with the Wind. He’s a rogue, and an upstart
2. The BEAST from the 80’s TV show Beauty and the Beast w/Linda Hamilton. He was so big and fury..and looked at her w/such longing..
1. DRACULA. How can you resist a man that can bring about such rapture just by biting your neck???
Honorable mention: Aragon and Legolas from Lord of the Rings, Capt. Jack Sparrow, Gil Grissom from CSI.
Aragorn is what kept me watching the long and utterly drawn out LOTRs movies. Those eyes, that mouth … so delicious. I can’t believe I left Tyler Durdan off my list!
Oh, Spike. I went back and forth with him and Angel and eventually landed on Angel. It was a very close call though.
OK i totally say we make it Fictional 10!!!!!!! Aragorn is sooooo sexy!
Aragorn is my top for sure! Followed by Han Solo. He was actually my first crush – well him and R2DT (he’s so cute plus I was 6 so I didn’t really get the whole need to be a humanoid thing).
Ohhhhhhhhhh Capt. Fine. ;__;! You’re basically my new favourite person around.
