How Mama Spoils Herself, part 2

by Tatiana on September 19, 2008

Here’s my treat for tonight (and for Chris’ lunch tomorrow):

Recipe is so easy – 1 cup peanut butter, 1 large egg, 1 cup sugar, oven to 375, bake 10 minutes.

Mmmm! Those look good! My kids and husband would love those. Okay, I’m trying this tonight! Thanks for the idea.

I hope you ladies enjoy them! I did not grease my pan and they were kinda sticky on the bottom; I didn’t consider this too much trouble, since last time I made them and I greased the pan, they burned on the bottom. I suppose if you have an actual cookie tray you should be just fine ;) They definitely need to rest for a good 5-10 minutes after coming out of the oven however, or else they’re very prone to crumble when being moved.

I’m such a freak for peanut butter ANYTHING. These look easy and yummy!

Wow! I made those years ago, but I need to do it again! I loved that the person who gave it to me said, “Just remember 1-1-1!” That, I actually CAN remember!

So congratulations on your upcoming addition! You are in for the ride of a lifetime–what a GIFT!!

Thanks for stopping by to visit The Journey on my SITS day last week. I’m still trying to return all the love, and having so much fun reading all of these interesting and bright writers.
