I did not grease my pan and they were kinda sticky on the bottom; I didn’t consider this too much trouble, since last time I made them and I greased the pan, they burned on the bottom. I suppose if you have an actual cookie tray you should be just fine They definitely need to rest for a good 5-10 minutes after coming out of the oven however, or else they’re very prone to crumble when being moved.
Wow! I made those years ago, but I need to do it again! I loved that the person who gave it to me said, “Just remember 1-1-1!” That, I actually CAN remember!
